Carl Shawler, Broker/Owner (GRI)
Carl has assisted hundreds of people in selling, buying and leasing homes since 1995. A recipient of the nationally recognized Graduate, REALTOR Institute, designation, Carl has been named among Richmond’s “Top Ten REALTORS” each year since 2004 for number of real estate transactions performed. He resides in Mechanicsville with his wife Lisa.

The founder of our company served the real estate and new construction needs of Richmond-area residents since 1970 and is now retired enjoying time with his family and grandchildren.

Assisted Cliff Groome in building the company from day one. She assists in many of our daily operations.

Grace began in 2008 working as our receptionist and continues assisting in many roles within our property management team.
